COMEDIAN CARTER EFE’S SONG, MACHALA, HITS 1 ACROSS STREAMING PLATFORMS
Nigerian comedian, Carter Efe, over the weekend had his song, Machala, which was dedicated to award-winning superstar singer, Wizkid, hit 1 across all online streaming platforms.
The song, which was released on Friday, 29th of July, 2022, was described to be an anthem dedicated to Wizkid which in other terms is referred to as MACHALA. Carter Efe, who happened to be a staunch fan of Wizkid featured upcoming artist Beri Tiga in the song.
A day after the release, the song had gone on to become the most streamed song through the week on all streaming platforms. The comedian took to Instagram to express his joy. In the euphoric video clip, he bragged that he is the first comediann in Nigeria to achieve such a feat. A lot of individuals also attributed this feat to the energy put into streaming the song by Wizkid’s stans.
